Had a screening call which went really well. The recruiter said I will be called for an in person interview and asked for my availability and we went through suggested times and days. Passed this over and sent a follow up email..and the recruiter never got back to me even when I emailed again to check on my application. Extremely unprofessional as they could not be upfront and tell me I was not selected, If something as visible as their recruitment process works like this it is not a company I would like to work in or recommend to anyone.

The interview process was smooth, you just have to know about the field and the company so you can answer the questions. As for the recruiters, they are helpful and will help you through all the steps.
