The interview process is fairly basic for Lab Consultants. Submit your resume online through Penn State ITS Lab Consulting website. They hire at the beginning of every semester for employees for the next semester. If they are interested in more information, they contact you for an interview. After that initial interview, they let you know if you got the job.

I applied online through their website. The process was not very long. I submitted my professional resume and filled out all the info required such as s.s., date of birth, whether you are a U.S. citizen or not, etc. After applying, I waited for a couple weeks before being called by the manager to schedule an interview. Then, I set up a time for the interview. Be prepared by reading the required tasks you must do while being a lab consultant.
