Very laid back interview and was encouraged to wear casual attire as the interview would take place during a tour of the lab. The person interviewing became my supervisor and project manager once hired, so first impressions were important. It seemed like it was very important to them that I be able to speak candidly and comfortably with them as peers and fellow researchers. They walked me around all parts of the lab that I would be working in to ensure that I was comfortable with the environment.
