I interviewed with Penn Interactive for a Product Design role and had a very disappointing experience. I first met with HR (Michael P), then completed a second interview with the hiring manager that lasted about 1.5 hours, followed by a final interview with the VP of Product Design. All interviews went well, and two weeks after the final round, I received an email from the VP saying he was still waiting on an update from the team. It has now been over two months, and I have not heard anything since. If they decided not to move forward, the professional thing to do would have been to communicate that. After investing so much time in multiple interviews, the complete lack of follow-up is unacceptable. Overall, the process felt very disorganized, and the salary range was also on the low end for the level of experience they were seeking. I do not recommend interviewing with this company.
