First there was an assessment to be completed over the weekend, followed by an HR screen, then an interview with the hiring manager. Overall the process was very reasonable, and happened quickly.

They asked why I was interested in the job, how my experience connected to the job description, and how I tend to communicate (i.e., they wanted to hear about using chat only for urgent issues, and email for the rest)
I filled out an assessment with three different scenarios. Afterward, I was invited to attend a preliminary interview with an HR rep who went over the basic questions on strengths and expectations.

Met with human resources. When I asked them about computer systems to do the cost estimates she replied "we dont use computers here we do the estimate by hand with a hand held calculator but we expect the same level of production from you as if we did have a computer to run the spreadsheets."
I could not believe how this company operates from a stone age mentality.
