3 rounds with Senior mgt. Good and friendly management. Difficulty level was average. They took a week to give me the final offer. All the rounds were face to face. There were no written tests. The interview mainly focused on financial skill, previous work experience. and personality.
I had to do an initial recorded video "interview" on the HireVue platform which was quite humiliating (but I really wanted the job and didn't have much of a choice). I gather it was because of a high volume of applicants, to help with the sift. I then progressed to the next interview stage, over Teams with two interviewers a week later. After that, silence. I sent two follow-up emails to the recruitment team and 6 weeks have now passed without a response, between the ghosting and the use of AI video interviewing it was a pretty demoralising and dehumanising experience.

Tell us something about you that we wouldn't know from your CV
Très structuré et clair. Bonne communication en amont. L'interviewer était sympa et l'entretien était une conversation autour du poste et de mes expériences et motivations. Pas de question piège ou difficile. Il restait du temps à la fin donc nous avons fini l'entretien par une discussion.
