Interviewers were really nice. And conversation can be casual. There’s a phone screening, two interviews with the team and a design assessment. The hiring process can take weeks to months though.

Interview was online with two of their senior designers. Mainly spoke through my projects with some general chat afterwards. Really nice experience with plenty of support offered along the way for my disability. They gave great feedback after the interview that was super constructive and will be incredibly helpful going forward.

1st interview with HR, 2nd interview is 45min-1 hr with design team leads, if you pass, there's a 3rd interview with the design director before making the final decision. Took awhile to hear back on whether or not I got the role.
The interviewer was friendly and felt comfortable talking to him. He asked mainly about my projects and portfolio and how the process went. He explained about the working environment and process.
