The worst interview experience I have ever been through. The HR Director is great and I had a wonderful experience with. The problem is with outside consultants the company is using for over one and half years to manage the organization as they go through financial challenges. The company is currently being managed by three part-time management consultants who are more concern about keeping their consulting assignments with the company than helping the organization. The worst part is these consultants are not from the industry and have zero knowledge of it. They simply listen to the Board of Director and employees, and then repeat what they are hearing from them – making the consultants “seem” knowledgeable. These consultants keep finding fault in every candidate.
