First interview was with a recruiter who asked pretty structured questions about background and why I applied for the role. 2nd interview was set up with the VP and this interview was incredibly dissapointing. No structured questions, literally just tell me about yourself and from the very beginning the energy was terrible, she was yawning and falling asleep, her eyes kept closing and the questions asked were very basic, didn't seem to assess skill or ability. So it was unclear what was being assessed. BUT the falling asleep and yawning in an interview was incredibly unprofessional and set a very off putting tone for the whole interview.
