I only made it to a phone interview, but the process was rather quick. I applied online and within 2 weeks I received an email from the recruiter requesting a phone interview with the hiring manager (although the recruiter never screened me). The hiring manager was impersonal and the tone came across as condescending and rude. Coming from a slightly different background (which was outlined on my resume) I was looking to make a career transition, however that doesn't seem to be what the hiring manager was looking for. Rather than telling me that my experience was not what he was looking for, the conversation seemed to drag out. When it came time for me to ask questions he was vague, did not go into detail regarding the position, and gave short one or two word responses. Interviews are a two-way street. Please be direct when someone is not qualified for a position and explain what you're looking for, especially during a screening. People skills go a long way, and going forward I believe recruiters should screen candidates before speaking with a hiring manager.

The interview process was horrid. To begin the recruiter was inept and on three occasions would never respond to any emails for help or support during the process. When I finally interviewed Peloton interviewed me for a sales position. I couldn’t believe it. So I politely responded and said this was for a logistics analyst role and there response? Sorry we didn’t know!
