Got an interview for a role thanks to an internal referral. After a couple of interviews, that role didn't pan out (they were looking for someone more senior) but they later reached out about another role I'd be qualified for. The team wasn't one I was looking to work on so I wasn't very enthusiastic about it and was honest with them.
