Very efficient interview process. The main goal was to make sure I would be a reliable and efficient worker. I got the job in the first ten minutes. It was a hiring fair, so they were looking to hire at least 10 new employees on the spot. First impressions are important in these situations, and my ability to stay calm in the chaos seemed to be a good start.

Saw a hiring sign on the door and went in and asked for an application. Filled it out and turned it in and got a call two weeks later scheduling an interview. Got to my interview 10 minutes early and was offered a drink while I waited which I politely declined because I was too nervous to be thinking about a drink haha. Store manager came out in 15 minutes and we sat on the bench outside the store and did our interview there. He asked me some general questions like where I went to school and stuff like that before asking the actual interview questions. Overall interview was pretty casual and he was super friendly so I was definitely a lot more comfortable.

The store was busy so my interview wasn't until thirty minutes after specified time. It was straightforward and asked for my customer service experience and knowledge of coffee and tea. Be prepared to work early morning shifts like 4:30am. They also give you a free drink for interviewing.
