After the shortlisting had two rounds of written tests - followed by 4 rounds of interview with various people within the organisation and also with people from grant organisation. I enjoyed the written tests and could see that the job is aligned with my experience and therefore fitted well HR person has been very cooperative and has been in touch throughout to make sure that there is no communication gap

The interview process was incredibly warm and encouraging, allowing me to speak at length and express myself freely. I thoroughly enjoyed the interactions and felt truly valued throughout the entire experience.
