Pros: Fairly easy setting up the meetings, and was done via Microsoft Teams Cons: Interview process was very slow and seemed a bit unorganized. Took months to hear a final decision

Behavioral type questions: Have you ever had to deal with a patient who refused care or treatment? How did you handle the situation, and what was the outcome? Give me an example of a time when you had to work under pressure or handle a high-stress situation
Straightforward, interviewed in person with office manager, Lead Nurse Practitioner and then the Medical Director. The questions were directly related to my past experiences and why I wanted to work for the company.
