The process involves two steps. First, they ask the candidates to complete a task within a certain amount of time (around 50 mins). After that, the panel interviews the candidate, which usually involves asking competency-based questions.

The interview process was as you would expect, there wasn’t too many call backs, just an application online, followed by a two stage interview
. They do ask you to complete a task such as respond to a complaint to see your writing ability maybe. Otherwise no negatives.

It consisted of 45 minutes of test based on maths (percentages) and English. Assessing past exam paper in terms of gramma and sentence structure. Later 30 minutes interview with two senior staff.
