The process took three weeks. There was a phone interview and two rounds . One with hr and other with director.They only hired for three positions out of 29 people.Apparently why I didn't get it.

They use the STAR method. The biggest thing that is sought for is your behaviors exhibited in the scenarios given. If you are familiar with the STAR method, there aren't any surprises when it comes to the questions.

They provided me with the skills we would focus on before hand and asked me to have examples provided. Big fans of the STAR method. And do ask question based on your responses.
