During the telephone interview they had no questions and were noticeably nervous. To be fair, they warned it would be a brief call! They then issued a poorly constructed take home exercise. I can easily imagine their recruitment process is a brief chat on the phone to ensure they're dealing with a warm body before scatter-gunning take home exercises to see what they get in response.

Phone screening, then called into office for interviews with various stakeholders. Lasted about 3 hours. Was told I would hear back within a week, but alas never heard back and emails went unanswered. Completely unprofessional, cannot recommend at all.
