Initial stages are done through a recruitment agency. A telephone interview with them and I was invited to a face-to-face interview with Shop Manager & Area Manager. The interview went well but I was told in there that a decision a week later would be fast. Three weeks later and it's still just constant phone-calls and e-mails telling me they're interested. I've since found other employment as the process is too long.
