When I was hired there was no HR dept so the process has changed. I met with the Manager and he explained the duties of the analyst position. He also mentioned that there are no system which means that all reporting is done manually

I wasn't asked any questions other than with my experience will I be able to perform the functions required. The person conducting the interview just explained the company what what the job function would be.
