First stage: it was a group interview with around 10 other candidates, on-site. It was about 2 hours. We had introductions, & writing simulations. Second stage: with the HR, and two other team leads.

I applied online and was contacted fairly quickly. The first round was with HR, and the second was scheduled as an in-person interview with a team manager. However, I experienced several issues with communication before the second interview. There were multiple mistakes in the date and time confirmation, which caused confusion. Due to the time difference with the HR representative based in India, it was difficult to get timely clarification. I ended up contacting the local Korean team directly to confirm the interview schedule. The second interview was an in-person session with the local team. The questions felt quite generic — almost like they were generated by ChatGPT, but I don’t have any complaints about that. The interviewers were very friendly and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and respectful. What disappointed me most was the lack of closure. After submitting the written assignment and completing the second interview, I received no follow-up communication for over four weeks, even after sending a polite follow-up email. Despite being told that an update would come by the end of the following week, I received nothing — and later noticed the same job was reposted online. It's common being rejected without notice during resume screenings but this is the first time I’ve been ghosted after going through multiple interview rounds. If you apply here, be aware that the process may begin smoothly but become unclear or unresponsive later. Invest your time carefully and manage expectations accordingly.
