3. Series of 3 interviews. 1 with product design manager, 1 with product management, present your take-home design challenge or a project in your portfolio.
You don't really know what you are going to be asked or what the agenda is really. They could have communicated what the goals were for each interview and what they were trying to get out of me. Otherwise pretty standard interview.
Initial call with a pleasant HR rep, and then didn’t hear anything back after that. Was told I’d hear back on next steps, but didn’t receive any communication even after following up. Frustrating experience and a waste of my time.

Recruiter reached out to schedule an interview with me, but a minute later I received an auto-rejection email. I went ahead and scheduled the interview, but followed up to confirm my candidate status. No reply, and they never showed up to the scheduled interview either. Dumb experience. I understand wrong buttons can accidentally get clicked, but communicating that to the applicant is the only decent response.
