There was a sit down wit the manager in the food court of the mall. They interview was relaxed with the manager trying to get to know your core values before and a little about yourself before they got into the technical. They ask how interactive you are with customers and if you are shy to approach people. They asked a behavioural question in regards to the way i would handle a customer complaint regarding a pair of shoes that they bought.
I passed and started quickly. The process was simple and not intimidating. Everything felt straightforward, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for an easy experience. I enjoy working here.

Interview was less than 30 minutes and hired same day. They will almost always hire on the spot im a teenager and they still gave me a job.
