I had no hiring process. I simply walked in the store and spoke to the manager. I never got hired from experience. This is an easy job to get if you do have retail experience just make sure you mention upt and dpt the are big on this. Its the companies way of measuring profit, most managers see this and will grab at your before you even explain where you learned this.
