2 interviews, one with training manager and one with District Manager. Lot of searching questions, District Manager was very candid and forthright, followed up within 48 hrs of interview with an offer. I initially turned them down over compensation but District Manager came back to me and increased the offer

Hiring process is pretty easy. You get called in for an interview with store manager, if you are a good potential you get scheduled for a 2nd interview. The most successful candidate is called back and an offer is made.
