The whole interview process is smooth. I applied for the position on their website and received an online assessment in two days, with an interview scheduled 5 days later after completing the assessment.

Coding : array remove duplicate - very easy one ; no need to explain too much, must solve within 10 min
One of the interviewers was very disrespectful at the career fairs and she was unwilling to answer any questions or treat those with curtesy. She often swatted people away as there was no one in line for her compared to the other two people representing Paycom. Their interview was fairly simple in hackerrank.
