I applied for the position directly from the Paycom website under the careers tab. I made an account profile. I was able to see many opening within Paycom and upload my resume. An operations recruiter messaged me on the Paycom account about job opportunities. She later messaged and asked if I was able to do a phone interview. I was interviewed within an hour. Everything went very quickly.
