Very frustrating. Took about 2 months just to do 3 rounds of interviews. After the last interview, the team lead told me it was a “very good interview” and I got a care package in the mail. They sent me a $80 gaming keyboard and a $75 gift card. Two weeks go by and the recruiter won’t answer my calls or emails. I finally get a call back saying I didn’t get the job. Very confusing.
