Initially, a recruiter reached out to me and gave a complete overview of the role and Paycom. Later technical zoom interview was scheduled, it was about 45 mins about the discussion about my previous projects and my interest. On the same day, I was invited to scheduled for an onsite interview onsite at Oklahoma City Paycom headquarters. The onsite interview was for 45 mins based on behavioral questions and about projects which I worked on.
