Application online, a brief interview with the recruiter. Then met in person for an interview with the Director. Discussed the pay range several times with all parties and was told that they would make accommodations for advanced certifications. Lots of communications between all parties during the process. When asked to travel to the home office for a final interview, the pay range never changed. Meaning there would be no salary accommodations for advanced certifications. Therefore the next interview was declined. After declining, A thank you note was sent to all parties, no response from anyone after that. I give this experience a negative review only due to the issues surrounding salary and how it was communicated. Paycom is doing some great things in the market and appears to be a good place for many, just my experience was unique. The recruiter was great and communicated throughout the process just led me to believe the salary would be commensurate with experience.
