But instead, they jumped straight into intense technical questions without any context or warm-up. It completely caught me off guard and made me feel unprepared. The shift in tone was unexpected and discouraging, and it honestly crushed my confidence for future interviews.

First Recruiter call was overall quick. We went over my resume. Answered some general HR related questions. Answered a couple of situational questions. Talked a bit more in depth of the position as well as the knowledge requirements for that position.
