I submited the application online and got a call back from the recruiter the next day. We had a friendly conversation for close to and hour. We talked about what my past experiences were and what I was looking for at Paycom. We scheduled the interview the next day to take place in a week. I showed up for the interview and met the Team Leader and the Manager of the position I was applying for. I was offed the position the next morning.
