Once that was done, I had a face to face interview where they asked more probing questions about what I was looking for. Before the face to face the woman from the phone interview basically prepped me for the interview and told me to answer certain questions a certain way. It seemed to me that the face to face was simply to see if you can do a one close sale of yourself.
