I was told they did behavioral-based interviewing but they did not. They did not seem to have much structure in their selection process. I was asked to design and develop training; the hiring manager left before my presentation. The recruiter did not return calls nor answer emails. Recruiter excels at ghosting. I was asked to travel for an onsite interview. I drove 300 miles and they would not reimburse my expenses. Make sure you get it in writing that they will reimburse travel expenses.
