Interview process is good - Interview dates are bit too far .
Well, you can get extra time for prep.
But they are strictly coupled with their process, they don't provide any relaxation during the interview. Especially if you are giving a coding exercise, let the person choose their language,

Entrevista
I interviewed at PayPay India for an Android Engineer position. The entire process was well-organized and professional, consisting of multiple rounds including an initial screening, a general Android fundamentals interview with a panel from the Japan team, a take-home assignment with a 7-day deadline, a detailed system design and security discussion, another technical round with the hiring manager, and finally a managerial discussion. The talent acquisition team communicated clearly and promptly at every step. In the end, I was not selected because, although I am familiar with Koin for dependency injection through self-study, I do not have professional, production-level experience with it, which was an important requirement for the role. Despite not moving forward, I found the interview process to be a positive and valuable learning experience.

5 rounds and 1 take home assignment with 1 week deadline.
Only 2 were technical rounds and then 3 rounds were all non technical and every single round the interviewer asked the same questions about my non technical experience and each lasted 1-1.5 hour.
I mean REALLY?? do you need 5 rounds with the exact same questions to assess me?
I cleared all the rounds then during discussion with the HR. She asked me why I don't have a degree :)) when my resume had clearly mentioned that I am self taught and I had discussed this in the first 5 minutes of the first round. I got declined :)) I had poured my heart in the assignment and the rounds and to get rejected because of this. Worst interview process i ever encountered.
