A total of 7 interviews with a basic technical test. PNM has the best recruiting team I’ve worked with. Incredible response times and very collaborative. The only downside that I can even think of is that expectations on the overall hiring process could be set better. A good example would be the timing and way they presented the technical test made. It me feel a lot more pressure than I think they intended while also making me feel like they expected me to fail so that they could move onto better candidates. This is absolutely NOT their intent, but it’s how I felt in the moment.
