I had an interview with Payfit where I was asked to complete 4 case-based questions in just 20 minutes, live with a team leader, while sharing my screen so they could see everything I was writing in real time. The cases were quite specific and not always directly related to the core responsibilities of the role. Given the short time frame, there was no realistic opportunity to properly research or thoughtfully respond to the emails.
In a real work situation, no one would be expected to answer these 4 types of emails in 20 minutes. Usually, just one of them would require more time to handle effectively. I found it hard to understand the point of this test, as it seemed unrealistic and not representative of the actual role.
I also didn’t receive any detailed feedback, just a rejection based on the answers not being "precise enough," which was unsurprising given the constraints of the exercise.

Segunda entrevista por videollamada con la que sería la manager. Esta entrevista más enfocada a los conocimientos del puesto y encaje personal, cultural...
Tercera y última entrevista por videollamada con la Head of Customer en la que hay dos partes: una prueba técnica sencilla y una entrevista sobre experiencia y trayectoria así como alguna pregunta en inglés.
