Straightfoward introductory/pre-screening call with the recruiter. I made it to the next stage, where I selected a time to meet with the team. 1 hour before the technical interview, the recruiter lets me know that the hiring manager/interviewer had canceled the interview. The next day, the recruiter tells me that they went to proceed with other candidates. It's not the end of the world, I just wish they were straightforward from the get-go.
