2. Hour long interview with a team lead.
3. Two back to back interviews, 30-45 minutes each. One strategist and one team lead in each.
4. Casual conversation with VP.

Entrevista
The interview process was very robust. They know it's a longer process, but they're not shy about communicating that. They lean into wanting to find the best fit for their roles. It's a lot, but I respect it.

The interview process is super smooth. The HR person is equipped with knowledge and very helpful. All interviewers are professional and supportive. The HR person cares about candidates, and really advocate for what we need.
