The interview process at Pattern was thorough. They actually contacted people from previous jobs - which allowed them to get a great view of me. We talked about the last 3 jobs I had, and what I accomplished. I really enjoyed the opportunity to discuss my accomplishments. I also had the opportunity to talk about Pattern with the Dev Director and the CTO.
