Standard questions about what I previously did and why I was leaving as well as questions asking for times I showed the company values. Third round- Additional leadership interview deep dive into resume questions. Same questions asked over again for each job experience on my resume. With additional questions about how I thought my manager viewed me. Final job reference check- asked me to provide 3 references and they did contact all 3 of them.
