I sent and email to their HR person after meeting them at a tech fair. The interview process was very casual. I even had problems with my resume since I could only get a digital copy on my tablet, and there were no complaints about it. I would say it felt a bit disorganized however since multiple people were cycled through to conduct the interview and it seemed as if they just throwing every department head at me to see if I had value everywhere else, despite the specific job posting.
