Standard phone interview was professional and comfortable. Panel interview in-person at Nashville location. 2 of 3 were personable and seemed genuinely interested in my candidacy. I will say that their depth of questions led me to believe they are looking for advanced Business Banking Officer or Commerical Lender candidates, yet the Salary and Comp Plan reflects more of a Personal Banker from a big bank that has Small Business experience.
