Very casual and light. Mostly cover what value I can bring to the team and how I would solve a specific problem in the company. Interviewer was pretty much new, and just joined the team. They also didn't have a title role yet so she couldn't answer questions related to culture or management style.

Met with the hiring manager who reached out to me via email. Didn't get past that initial round, but the subsequent rounds included another interview with two people from the team and a presentation at the office.
