After my initial interview, I was informed that I would receive an update on the next steps by the following Monday. However, I did not receive any communication, prompting me to reach out via email multiple times. On one occasion, I received a vague response, but subsequent emails were ignored. After a month of no updates, I sent another email and was finally informed that my candidacy would not be moving forward.
It is disheartening that if I had not taken the initiative to follow up, I would not have been informed about the decision. This experience reflects poorly on the level of consideration shown by the recruiters towards candidates. If this is indicative of how the HR department operates, it raises concerns about the broader work culture within the company.

Una entrevista de screening normal y corriente, preguntas típicas para el rol, buen ambiente, con amabilidad y sin presión. Después de la entrevista mandan hacer un behavioral test, tardas unos 10 min en hacerlo

The interview process is extensive and can be challenging, but it reflects the amount of thought and care management the hiring team is actively putting into finding the right team members to be part of the team. As an applicant, you should expect multiple interviews with different members of the team, with a friendly, semi-formal tone and thoughtful, in-depth questions (preparation is highly encouraged and definitely sets you apart).
