The interview process was very standard. I had a total of 3 interviews. The first was with talent acquisition/recruiter, the second was with the director of operations, and the final was with my now direct supervisor. The first call was a very casual screening to see if I was still interested in the position after I applied on their website. Took maybe 15 mins. The second call was longer and we went over past experience and coursework, and seemed like they were gauging my personality. The final interview was in person and more directly about my experience, ability to perform the job responsibilities, and how I would fit into the team.

One thing they asked me was if I had any previous experience with utility benchmarking.
It was a video interview and was very standard. Each interview question was very standard and wasn't too stressful of an interview. The interviewers had a relaxed attitude which allowed me to relax from the stress of an interview. There was deep followup on my submitted resume.
