I was contacted by a recruiter, did a brief phone screening and then set up a time to come in and interview face to face, about a week and a half later. Interview went very well, no challenging questions what so ever, recruiter gave great detail on the role, expectations etc. lasted about an hour and a half At the end of the interview the recruiter made it a point to let me know that his recruiting style was not to leave candidates in the dark and he would be sure to let me know one way or the other their level of interest. He went on to say he would like me to come back for a 2nd interview and we would schedule it the next day. I basically haven't had my phone calls or emails returned since. I obviously know the name of the game and wouldn't have been so shocked by this behavior if he hadn't gave some long speech about his recruiting style etc. etc.
