It was weird, we mostly talked about where I wanted to live. They don't like their employees moving all the time. He was also very interested in my technical skills. I had a lot of development experience and very good grades, so he treated me like I was already hired.

Super kind and informative interview process. Extremely receptive to any questions or concerns. The second round was an online test that was somewhat stressful, but they provided you with prep questions so you were better prepared.

I was referred by a friend to the recruiter so didn't go the normal route. After a few emails back and forth and resume submission, then 2 or 3 phone interviews. Overall very relaxed and professional.
