I met with the VP of Development, then with him and the Director of Product Development, then with the VP and the Lead Developer, and finally the CEO. The entire process lasted about 3 hours, and was thorough. The questions were all on-point to scrum mastering (what's a typical day in the life of a scrum master, how do you do a daily standup, etc.), which was refreshing.
