I applied online and heard back within a week for a phone interview with HR. The interview verified my CV and experience and told me more about the position and working at PAREXEL. I was scheduled for phone interviews with several people in the department over the next several weeks. After that I heard back 3 weeks later with an offer. The process was longer than I expected but gave me a good sense of working here.
Muy tranquila, hicieron un par de preguntas en ingles, el resto en espanol. Preguntaron experiencia pasada, actual y expectativas de futuro. Consultaron sueldo pretendido y disponibilidad para viajar La duracion total de la entrevista fue de aproximandamente 30 minutos.
multiple rounds of review from initial HR call to hiring manager call to calls with a couple of other people and then another round of calls. It is a long process that took about 3 months. Not too different from other companies though
