I travelled 30mins to meet the training manger at a midway location (not head office). Which was very fair as head office would have been much longer. The interview went well (I thought). I was told I had an advantage against the other candidates as I had already started the course required to do the job. I was told they would let me know within 10 days as they were interviewing 2 other candidates... They never told me either way.. After 4weeks I emailed asking for interview feedback and was called by HR saying another I was unsuccessful and another candidate had more experience...
